What's included in the price?

Everything. Full platform access, benefits administration, onboarding, ACA compliance, HR management, PTO tracking, 500+ integrations, and dedicated setup and ongoing support. There are no hidden fees, no per-employee charges, and no add-on costs.

Is there a per-employee fee?

No. The pricing is a flat monthly or annual rate regardless of how many employees you have. Whether you have 15 or 80 employees, the price stays the same.

Can I start monthly and switch to annual later?

Absolutely. You can start with the monthly plan and upgrade to the annual plan anytime to lock in the $600 savings. There's no penalty or commitment on the monthly plan.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month. Annual plans are billed as a single payment of $3,000.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Annual plans run for the full year. We're confident you'll see the value, which is why we encourage starting with a free demo to make sure it's the right fit.

Do you handle the setup or do we?

We handle it. BenefitsOS personally configures the platform with your specific benefits, carriers, payroll integrations, and compliance workflows. You provide the details, we do the work. Most setups are complete within a few hours.

Is there a setup fee?
